Flight Instruction

Let your dreams take flight! Ian is a highly experienced and renowned flight instructor with over 1,500 hours of instruction given alone! He has an incredible record both as a pilot and instructor. He has produced pilots at all certificate levels: private, instrument, commercial, and flight instructor. His approachable and patient teaching style will ensure your success.

As a freelance instructor, Ian offers instruction in your airplane. He is also a member of the Rangers Flying Club at Flying Cloud (KFCM), and offers instruction to club members.

Don’t see your make and model listed? Ian would still be happy to work with you, but will need to discuss your airplane before moving forward.

Primary Flight Instruction

$50per hour

Primary instruction includes your initial private, sport, or recreational certificate as well as VFR flight reviews.

Advanced Flight Instruction

$75per hour

Advanced instruction includes Cirrus instruction, your instrument rating, commercial and flight instructor certificates, and complex/high performance endorsements.
